We’re looking for a Technical Product & Delivery Manager who can connect the dots between customer needs, research breakthroughs, and engineering execution. You’ll take cutting-edge ideas and turn them into clear roadmap priorities, guiding releases and ensuring the team builds the right things with clarity, efficiency, and ambition.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the roadmap: Own the product vision, structure, and delivery of our compiler and LLM infrastructure initiatives.

• Manage programs: Maintain the roadmap and backlog structure, ensuring alignment between high-level milestones and detailed team stories.

• Guide delivery: Steer multiple customer and internal projects, ensuring clarity in scope, acceptance criteria, and release outcomes.

• Bridge tech and business: Collaborate with engineering, research, and leadership to turn technical discoveries into actionable features and milestones.

• Communicate impact: Present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Keep alignment: Maintain a unified backlog and milestone structure that ties customer delivery to product evolution.

• Translate research: Turn research and technical discoveries into actionable product features and strategic initiatives.

• Partner effectively: Work closely with engineering to ensure releases are well-scoped, well-documented, and well-executed.

• Champion users: Gather feedback from developers and enterprise customers to refine usability, performance, and reliability.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a deeply technical domain (AI, ML, systems, or compilers).

• Proven ability to collaborate with research or infrastructure teams on highly technical products.

• Strong understanding of modern AI workflows, from model training to inference optimization.

• Familiarity with compiler design, code generation, runtime systems, or hardware acceleration (GPU, TPU, etc.).

• Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to synthesize technical insights into strategic plans.

• Experience in startup or high-growth environments, where velocity and clarity matter more than process.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.

• Experience with a variety of project management software and tools.
